Baby Smallies

We are down in South Carolina visiting my sister in law and her husband. We usually make this trip once in the summer and spend a week at their house and a week at the beach. We decided to make a few trips down here this summer ~ this being the first and to celebrate Aunt Shelley's birthday (Happy Birthday Shelley)!!!!
So, Shelley took the boys for a walk on the path behind her house. When they came back Thomas was telling me all about the bugs he saw along the path. He was telling me about these specific bugs that were so tiny they couldnt fly. They just walked wherever they had to go. But (he told me) that when they got bigger they would be able to fly ~ he wasnt sure what kind of bug they were but he was pretty sure they were "baby smallies". I love his imagination. Honestly, when this child starts telling you a story he can go on and on for quite some time ~ he gets pretty deatailed too! You better be listening because at the end of some stories there is a question and answer period (I wonder who he learned that from? lol)
